&lt;p&gt;I am helping a friend out with a magazine logo tweak and wondered if anyone could advise on the best way to construct a gd ligature with Adobe Caslon. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does anyone know of this being done before, regardless of the typeface?&lt;/p&gt;
