Berliner Grotesk is probably about the closest you can get to Block without being Block.

Thank you so much! I was starting to lean towards Alinea Sans Medium, but Block Berthold is so much better. Do you know any similar fonts?

This was on the back of a girls sweatshirt in a video (Hit the Lights - Bodybag) I’ve been looking for it everywhere but I have NO luck! Attached are three pictures of the font (Yes, I know one of them is upside down -_- ) Thanks!
