You can use TransType, in which you’ll easily group separate fonts into one family/suitcase or you can do it manually by editing those fonts’ name tables with any font editor which supports their format.

I am looking for a way to put multiple fonts into the same suitcase so that they only appear as different weights. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
