Los números están un poco

Los números están un poco mas pesados que los caracteres de caja baja y tienden a destacar levemente, me parece que su peso es similar al de las altas.

Me parece también que la fuente negra funcionaría mejor con un poco mas de contraste en el grosor de los trazos, de hecho me parece que la fuente redonda tiene más contraste. Creo que el tener mayor contraste les permitirá replicar mejor la modulación tan original que manejaron en la fuente redonda.

Creo que eso ya lo mencionó Randy, al igual que el asunto de la tilde de la eñe que parece estar muy pesada tanto en la itálica como en la redonda.

Me encantaron la Q alternativa, el calderón y el signo se sección.

It also seems like the bold needs a little more contrast. To much like it was simply stroked. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Hola Pablo, tuve la oportunidad de ver su diseño en el número 60 de la revista tipográfica. Me parece una fuente de gran carácter y mucha innovación, felicidades.

Después de unas vacaciones, Eduardo y yo retomamos el diseño de Loreto con muchas ganas. Presentamos el trabajo en el concurso TipoQ, donde el proyecto Quixote de Íñigo Jerez Quintana obtuvo el Primer Premio. Loreto recibió una mención de Honor del Jurado. Más información en:

Your commentaries are very stimulating for Edu and for me. Certainly Loreto has a rustic style similar to Electra's one.

We will work in the height of the point of the i and will review the foot in the x.

That's Ruben Fontana's Andralis (until recently known as Aura).

BTW, Randy, if you like chunky (and I know you do), you must get issue #60 if tipoGrafica: it showcases an armada of fonts from the fountain of chunk that is South America.

This has an Electra feel to it. I like it!

The dot on the i seems very high to me. Maybe down 20-30%?Oh, the foot on the x wants more upswing, or a more horizontal move. Right now it is doing both. Also, what is the text font in your tpg59.pdf? It's nice too!

I got tipoGrafica #60 today. Wow. Besides even-better-than-usual articles, much of the issue involves a full-on, comprehensive treatment of the South American font scene, with a huge list of designs, dozens of them revealed in detail, full-color specimens, the works. And what's really great for me is seeing so many fonts that have grown here in the Typophile crit section - a very special feeling, not replicated anywhere before that I know of.

At US$12 for the issue, if you like fonts, you have to buy this - it's really that simple.
