i remember once looking for this font as well. if you want a “free” VERY similar version, SF Movie Poster should do the trick.

BTW, Scully, you won't get much help here looking for "FREE" versions of commercial fonts. Many of the experts here are in the font business (that's how come we know so much about fonts). You might as well go to a bank and ask them if they know anywhere to get counterfeit money.

For your information, Abraham, as a general rule credits at the
bottom of movie posters usually are set in Univers Extra Condensed,
as a search of the Type Identification Board would've revealed (it's
always handy to do a search when you know what you're looking
for, in this instance credits on movie posters).

Both of your samples and many others. However, not always. Here - you can see. ("free" - when a director or production designer is goimg to work for free....maybe then.... )

just the credits at the end of the posters, all in general have their credits at the bottom with a condensed font that i don't know exactly which one is

i wanted to know what was the name of the font for the credits at the bottom of the movie posters

i found these examples
(but i'm not sure which one is the one)

left one: Tall skinny condensed

right one: Univers thin ultra condensed

or if you have any other (or the exact) suggestion please let me know, thanx
