Sorry, don't know any sans with such a /g (which could actually be custom). For the rest, it would be not so hard to do the same job starting from Karbon for instance.

this one's very close, if not for the custom g. i do suspect it's a drawn/modified character as the weight seems a bit off and there's a hint of a serif on it that doesn't seem to belong.
