What font is this? It's similar to Propane...

I've tried running this through the various font identifying tools but It keeps telling me it's Propane.

The clumsiness of the /S leads me to believe that it’s hand-lettering…

Sorry, I don't know this type if it is. Looks more like a Frankenstein to me and /S could come from Century Gothic. For the rest, you could approximate it using one of these with more or less customization: Le Gendarmerie, Kleptocracy, Speedwaystar, Forque

I would worry about Speedwaystar being a legitimate font.
