Funny, after further inspection, your 2 samples are different. My answers were for your second one, the clean version which is set in Futura and Arial. I also confirm what rotodesign said for the original signage, that looks like to various styles of Trade Gothic. You may also have a look to Alternate Gothic.

hm. i can go with futura, but arial is missing feet on the 1's.

The non-Futura fonts aren't digitally-squished Arial, they're various gothics --
