Know of any modern equivalent?
I don't know how "equivalent" it is, but you may like Ferrica (Light) by Fernando Carvente (2012, free for personal use)
Reminds me of Monte Carlo Script by Nick Curtis. So may be it's the original Médicis on which Monte Carlo is based.
This elegant monoline script is based on a typeface called "Médicis" from a Deberny and Peignot catalog, circa 1920.
I also like Coquette by Mark Simonson.
Thanks; I appreciate the assistance and suggestions.
