18th-century-style contemporary font?
0

Does anyone have any suggestions for an elegant contemporary serif font with an 18th-century basis? Maybe a tiny tiny hint of Rococo prettiness. It's for a book on early Georgian art and furniture. Would be so grateful!

Other revivals:
Cochin
Fournier

Fournier-inspired:
Corundum

And of course any of the Fleischmann-derived styles, such as Fleischmann, Freight, Farnham or Mercury.
For display, Mercury or Freight probably your best bet, although may be over-familiar from periodical use.
