NBC logo
Can anyone identify the font used in the current NBC logo? I have come as close as Geometric 415, but the B and C are not quite right. Thanks for any help.

No doubt created by hand by a big corporate identity firm, perhaps based on Geometric.
Edit: yup, it's custom, created by Chermayeff & Geismar in 1986
