Looks like something from the Caslon family that someone has stroked to within an inch of its life.

It's obviously the work of a skilled sign painter. The styles they use are not necessarilly available as fonts, even though they look like they could be.

If 'close' is good enough, Stratford Black is pretty close.

Nice find, Mike. I figured there must be a face similar to this, but none came to mind.
