Any idea what the font is used on this 1984 George Orwell book cover?

It must be [[http://www.findmyfont.com/index.php/fonts/font-preview?fset=Linotype&ffa...|Compacta (Light)]] by Fred Lambert [1963] + the vertical line

Very creative cover. Love the domineering eye, barb ware and communist symbols as expressions of the theme of 1984. First time I have seen a stencil version of Compacta. Found a previous thread showing another use of the same idea http://imap.typophile.com/node/66731

Looks like a stencil version of [[http://www.myfonts.com/search/compacta|Compacta]]. Manually?

Thanks all 3.
Compacta light it is. I was hoping a stencil version existed but I guess it was added manually.
