The green title could well be Times New Roman.

Yes, I'm pretty sure the H1 title is Times New Roman cyrillic. The body copy is the tougher nut to crack....

Sans text is pretty small, but in view of the probability that the serif is Times New Roman Cyrillic, I suspect that the sans is its common web companion Arial Cyrillic. Check the lower case against the lower case letters in the sample.
As an earmark, note the distinctive shape of the leg on я.
