WhatFontIs also gave me Montauk but I also noticed the difference in /r/ and /F/...

May be we're dealing with some illegal copy/clone/older version of Montauk. I've found some illegally free ones with the correct /r (but not this /F).

The old postscript version of Montauk (Type-1, a .pfb font) had this /r.
The /F looks like it's constructed from /T.
