Fruit pulp logo
0

Hello:
I am a graphic designer who's neither good at type assessing nor logo designing.
However I was asked to help with a logo design for a new small company wanting
to market fruit pulp which will be used to make 'homemade' smoothies.
I thought the Pump typeface was friendly and echoed somehow fruit forms.

I wonder if you could help with some suggestions
Thank you.

I'm sorry to say this feels pretty lost. And the letterforms are mostly unhappy (except the "y") and certainly not working together.
Since I think you have to start from scratch, and you don't believe you're good at designing logos, I think you need to hire a logo pro.

Depending on the "mood" of the enterprise, try various fonts such as:
1. Appleton, by Decade Typefoundry: http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/decade-typefoundry/appleton/#index
2. Tropical, by Sudtipos: http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/sudtipos/tropical/
3. Typnic™ by Corradine Fonts: http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/corradine/typnic/

A good first step is to go to a site like myfonts.com, search for, say, "fruit"... and Bob's your uncle !
