Now, I don't know if there is such a thing as a font that is used at most airports for signboards and instructions, but if there is, does anyone know what it's called? If not, could you tell me what font this is, please?

That one is Helvetica Bold. A great many airports use Frutiger, however, so that's what came to mind when I read your post.

The one in the pic is not H. is Arial but the acute accent ´ is different.

That's not Arial, that's Helvetica. The acute is not exactly standard indeed.
