I'm gonna say that looks customized, especially since nobody in this forum has leapt to the ID. What font it started out as, I'm not sure.

I have seen fonts like this. They usually have an evil-sounding name. I'll look into and edit this post if I find anything like it.

I cleaned it up a bit to see if What the Font could do anything, but no.

Aenaes has some alt characters that would allow something classier:

i personally think it looks like a slightly stretched, fattied and customized Trajan, but maybe that's just me.

I imagine that is how a lot of freeware fonts get their start (stretched, fattied/skinnied and customized)
