Initial guess would be a cut of Garamond… I’ll investigate.
Close to Garamond BE Italic. Sample here.
Hard to tell as I don’t have it, so I can’t take a closer look.

BQ and BE mean the same thing: BE is the abbreviation for Berthold and BQ stands for Berthold Quality.
