Looks more like Folio Bold Condensed, not sure from which foundy though... Elsner+Flake's version looks closest

I don't think it's either of those, and for my money, Helvetica Bold Condensed is closer than either, though there are tiny but discernible differences.

I think we're looking at Berthold Akzidenz-Grotesk Condensed Bold.
