Subtle alternative to Helvetica Neue

I’m looking for suggestions for an alternative face to Helvetica Neue, it’s for an Architectural company’s Identity.

I need good contrasting weights like Helvetica 35 Thin & 85 Heavy and something close but slightly more unique would be nice.

Thanks for your help, unfortunatley the capital R in paralucent and E in preface dont quite sit well for this one... still open to suggestions...

I seem to remember Nick Shinn saying he designed Brown Gothic as a replacement for Helvetica.
