Looks like it could have been perhaps “professionally” stretched - as the strokes don’t seem to be affected they way they would with a simple squooshing. There is also a custom ’A’ with pointed apex.

It looks pretty uneven for a professional - maybe “amateurishly” stretched.

Nick - as Stephen commented, the distortion is due to it being from Flash.
Same issue arose in the Michael Graves logo thred.
