The sans looks like Univers.

"WE WANT" is Friz Quardra Bold. "ASSISTED HOUSING" could be
Paradigm, "Vendom Group" is Helvetica.

I'm with Alexey and Patty, weights of Friz Quadrata and Univers but… wait a cotton picking minute. Can we stand idly by, and let these people ® their squooshed™ monstrosity?
They haven't even had the decency to correct the kerning.
