"Cheney insults the GOP."

and

"EDITORIALS 5" (Akzidenz Grotesk is my best guess...)

I think New tube is Melior bold, okay that is not what you are asking for...

Not sure whether you were asking about the numerals in "EDITORIALS 5" and "LETTERS 7" etc. but they look like Adobe Caslon to me.
