Bottom half is fraktur, top half is sans
Does anyone know what I’m talking about here? the bottom half has all the flourishes and fun bits of fraktur, but the top is a nice simple sans. Any help?

Do you mean the Centralschrift?
The upper half is a serifed roman, though.
