Is the “I’m Lovin’ It” in Azidenz (sp?) Grotesque?

Yes, “I’m Lovin It” is Akzidenz Grotesk.
I’ve read (but can’t confirm) that the McDonald’s logotype is a weight of Helvetica with an upside-down W for the M.
