Does anyone know how to adjust kerning pairs in indesign?

I saw an InDesign plug-in that could do that. It let you set a text in InDesign where you could do kerning which could then be saved to a kerning table file. I can’t remember who made it.

our IT guy has suggested cool kern(?) so that might be in the pipeline.
