ITC Avant Garde Gothic Light. You're looking at the Alternate
version with alternate character shapes and ligatures. It's been
discussed several times on this board.

This just in: FontShop.com now has the Avant Garde Alternates.
They are Elsner+Flake's updated versions of Scangraphic's AG.
