Garamond?

Hi? I am wondering what typeface is used in attached image.
Can anyone please help me to indentify the font?

This is an autotraced atrocity, but the base font might indeed well be Garamond.

If the 6 and 9 have open counters it could be a Garamond, but with that sample?
