Beautiful ampersand, I suspect it may be custom but wondered if any of you lovely people have seen it anywhere elese?

The lettering is DTL Caspari which narrows down the search to... DTL Documenta Regular Italic for the ampersand. You can see it in the preview pages and in the PDF file at http://www.dutchtypelibrary.nl/
