Does Flash CS3 Professional support any advanced OpenType features or extended language support? Does it have a glyph Palette?

No, there seem to be no changes at all to Flash 8.

Once again, the Suite doesn’t deserve this title, when it comes to text features …

Flash CS3 really only has one notable feature: native support for intel Macs. Don’t bother looking for other reasons to upgrade, because there aren’t any.

Yeah, text features in Flash CS3 are still so 90’s. Text engine is such a pain in the ass and I hate the lack of OT support. You can’t even manually insert common ligatures from Adobe’s own Pro fonts.
