Hi there.
I found this one on the "Russian-style" cover of a book. Some fonts are close to this one on Myfonts, but no exact match.

There are inconsistencies (note the Ns and Ks) that lead me to believe that it's handlettered...although the overal roughness of the lettering (perhaps the result of embossing or background texture) may be causing the variations.
It almost looks like it's sewn...
Anyway, the N reminds me of the infamous 1976 NBC logo...
Yes the inconsistencies are due to the textile-like paper…
I'm currently redrawing it, so I seek other samples… No clue?
