Similar fonts to Akzidenz Grotesk
Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I need to find some fonts that are similar to Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk and Myriad Pro.
Basically I need to pair a sans serif with a serif typeface... similar to what RealSimple magazine does.. they paired a sans serif with Caecilia.

Linotype offers »Basic Commercial« as a similar. Okay, less weights etc.
Maybe you find a Bitstream Knock-Off of AG … search Corel Draw for that:)

if you want that »working within the same line« check:
x-height, weight(s), the form of the glyphs, spacing, the »vibe« … and more
BTW I saw PMN Caecilia working good together with FF DIN …

Have you already chosen a serif? Here are some text families with both sans and serif.
