I think this font is named: Cartoon from the Expresiv Classic Fonts which is no longer published.
In a previous post you said:

Hefty’ is the FontBank digitization of ’Hellenic Wide’, and is was once in a Mac version too (which I have), when it was sold as part of the Expresiv Classic Fonts collection by Tiger Direct back in the mid-90’s.

While that statement about the Expresiv Classic Font collection is true, I don’t think this font is part of that collection — at least not the version of it that I have.

Did you send me a sample of this font to ID before Gary?

I give up on Dafonts for this one. I checked the Comics, Cartoon, Handwritten, Brush, and Various Script categories. No luck.

Now it’s time for Angel to come and let us know what it is.

Do you have a showing of Cartoon from the “Expresiv Art Fonts” collection Mike? I only have a small sample from the cover and it looks close.

I think you may be right Angel. All of the same letters seem to match.

That does look the same, but that isn’t one of the Expresiv font collections that I have. The one they called ’Classic’ was (I thought) the same as the one that Tiger Direct originally sold as ’FontBank’. These are the fonts that are still sold at the BuyFonts site. I think Gary’s information was basically correct, except for which Expresiv package it was in, and that I didn’t identify it.
