The upper left serif on the R does not match other serifs

I think a number of characters (E, R, O, possibly others) were borrowed from Goudy Old Style.

I’m guessing that this was originally Palatino, reproduced to the point of unrecognizability, then digitally traced by someone who gave it some Goudy-like characteristics.
