Font ID: Narrow Script on old Graphis cover

Here is another narrow script that I'm sure I have never seen before. Any one know what this is?

L’Anglaise? Probably a generic term for English Script (aka Englische Schreibschrift). The ones in my modest collection don’t match the sample.

(The coverillustration kind of hints at the writing profession ; ) .)
