Two dotted sans faces

I know I've seen this face or at least something similar. This face must come in different weights because the authors name is in, what looks to be, a light face. See digitaltype3.jpg image.

Yes, can't resolve if there's a file size issue. The file is a touch over 200k. I think it's probably a firewall issue.
