Ultinoid seems to be a grungier version of the first sample. I’m guessing it was originally a Letraset font from back in the day.

The first sample uses a version of San Serif Shaded (Wm. Thorowgood, 1839). Dieter Steffmann offers his version and Opti reportedly had a version.
