Don’t think I’ve seen that one. I wonder if it has the same woody origins as Phosphate.

Proxima Nova Black is also similar.

Thanks Stephen for your references.

I wonder if the magazine tweaked the typeface or maybe it’s their in-house original.
Notice the ’G’ is all rounded or a perfect circle until it hits the chin.

There is an alternate ’G” in Proxima Nova that is close. Click on the ’G’ in the character set.

Could it be possible that they clipped off odd bits of Dynamoe?

Hehe, that’s what I thought. But then I thought I’d better just say nothing. ;)

I reckon Yves was talking about Dynamo.

Whoops! One ’e’ too many. BTW I always add ’FF’ to FontFont names. :^P

I’d have to be on drugs really badly before I confused those two, now, wouldn’t I? :^D

See, that’s the difference — I’ve never been scared to ridicule myself. ;^)

Indeed this font was based on Dynamo. We don’t use it anymore but all our headline fonts are custom-made, albeit in a very amateurish way.. I’d be curious to know what typographer think about them...
