Please help ID font on old beer label

Hi fellow Typophiles. I was looking through some old vintage labels on eBay and I found this one below. The listing says "old brewery stock" Tivoli Brewing Company original Mile Hi beer bottle label.

I was wondering if anyone here would know what font is being used for "Mile Hi".

I agree with Jan (hand-drawn), but if you want something that could be made to look fairly close, see Indy Italic and imagine adding a fair amount of stroke thickness.

I noticed that BistroScript (a font being discussed in another thread) is almost a dead wringer.
