I was just “having fun” helping some people out in the critique forums when my name suddenly broke onto the list. The change in user habits over xmas altered the fabric of reality at Typophile. From there it was a matter of chasing after Chris and Stewf. I got stuck into the Typowiki too.

What does “chuffed” mean?

I made it on for the first time too. I took a screen shot.

chuffed adj generally happy with life. You can also get away with saying you are “unchuffed” or “dischuffed” if something gets your back up. Make sure you only use this word in the correct tense and familiarise yourself with the meaning of the word “chuff” too.

Since I’m going to be a millionaire soon thanks to the Chuffinghouse Chufflisher’s Sweepstakes. I felt it only right that I spend that money on a trip to Chuffingham Palace and have white Chuffles and tea with her majesty.

Honestly though, If we’re about to chuffle off this mortal coil, no point getting ourselves worked up into a chuff. I’d rather go chuffed and mounted anyway.

In more serious news, I took the liberty of adding Chuffed to our illustrious Terminology.

It seemed only chuffed.
