Sorry for interruption; what do you mean with "highly legible blackletter"? Something more "Latin" looking, or s.th. like a simplified version of this particular blackletter style?
Well, I find many blackletters have a lot of ornamentation, while this one is pretty clean e.g. highly legible – so something down this alley if it is custom.
You might also want to browse Part 3 of the Script Font ID Guide for a large selection of blackletter font samples. Just on the first page, Caligra and Brunnhilde might fit your criteria.

FF Brokenscript and Fakir are pretty clean.

Thanks Stephen, but it does not resemble the face shown above.

You won't find a match because it's hand lettered.

That Carménère is a steal.

Hey, James, your comment sent me Googling, and I found this story about Carménère in Chile... Veddy eenteresting! Thanks!
I'm a big fan of the Concha y Toro Cabernet, but I've tried the Merlot a couple of times as well. Now I will go looking for the Carménère... :-)

Paul Lloyd's Germanica is not as "clean" as your sample, but it is pretty readable.

There about two dozen more blackletter fonts at the site.
