I think there's a stencil version of United Sans from House, that is similar, at least.

When I looked through United Sans the only stencil versions were in the heaviest weight of each corresponding width. I also don't think the R in this sample is as boxy as United.

If I remember correctly, there was a free United cut like this (light stencil) couple of years before the actual typeface came out.
