Locking handle directions in Fontlab
There’s a BCP function in Fontlab that I’m having trouble figuring out. Somehow, and I have yet to figure it out, I am creating handles that can only be extended directly out from their node. This is very useful, except that I have no clue how I am creating these nodes/handles and sometimes have to take the handles off of the node to change it. What’s going on?

Right-click on node and enable “Fixed BCP direction”.

Hey, while we’re at it, what the heck are the little purple triangle nodes? I hate them, whatever they are.

Weren’t pink/purple nodes tangent nodes, or straight to curve ones?
