“New Worlds” - definitely hand-drawn. “OMNI” - most likely hand-drawn. “NEUROMANCER” - could be a font, could be hand-drawn.

Agreed that “OMNI” was likely hand-drawn. Search any free font site and you’ll find fonts based on the logo, though.
Omni was a full font used for headlines in the magazine. Check out Saved By Zero.
