Hi all,

Might be a stab in the dark but can anyone suggest a font which could suggest wrinkles? As in facial lines? lol

Helvetica and Bembo are pretty old and tired. Does that count?

Thanks folks, I’ll be here all week…

Great thanks ill check them out.. Im trying to produce an image about a man with wrinkly eyes. I might try using letters to make an illustration of his eyes. - Im a bit new to this!

Ah - the sound of the grease paint - the smell of the audience! The Borscht Belt awaits you James :-)

woonik, Once you’ve had you your fun with Helvetica and Bembo...

Al Retto

Albatros

In alphabetical order, these are the first three distressed looking fonts in the fontShop collection of display faces. Keep browsing through until you see something close to what you are after, or try the same thing elsewhere.

Seriously wrinkled-up: Preissig by Vojtěch Preissig/František Štorm
More subtle: Koch Antiqua, Artcraft

I was having trouble focusing my eyes this a.m., and read “Might be a stab in the dark” as “might be a slab in the dark”, so I started working on it. ;)

Cheers!
