Can someone help me identify both of the typefaces in this logo? Sorry, this is the largest size I have.

Sanvito is a good call. On the Tricho website they use three different fonts for the “salon & spa” part of the logo. They are also using Scala on their menu pdfs but I don’t think that the salon/spa part is Scala in any of the three instances.
