Lutz Headline is very similar. Perhaps they are based on the same source: UK car plates.

Lineto says that Lutz has two cap styles, but I don’t see that reflected in their character set. You might email them and ask.

Yes, a few of the glyphs are different. That’s why I say “similar”.
