FL5 Class kerning pop-up grey always?

Is it just my ignorance showing again or is there some reason the little pop-up screen available under glyphs in the metrics window just show up grey with no info? One would think they would tell you which class as they seem to promise. See my screenshot below:

I have had the same problem… Mac OS X Fontlab 5, it’s never worked for me so I just have moved forward without it and actually have forgotten about that feature.

It seems there must be several placibo features in this software :-)

Hi Chris, this happened to me when I switched from FL 5 to 5.2.

So I dumped 5.2 and went back to 5.

Thanks, Nick. Nothing like having your forward progress penalized 5 yards for illegal notion :-) I wish the FontLab guys would test their releases more and repair the collateral damage.
