I am not in the competition but I got caught by the “Agropur” (I am from Montreal, too) and I also know that white on black is sometimes tricky. To see better, one can invert. It helps a lot.

I’m pretty sure the serif is a bold Baskerville, but the G in the sans is bugging me.
